Andreas is a true cosmopolitan who has studied in three countries (Switzerland, England & Singapore) and has called two countries home for the past ten years (Switzerland & Singapore). Since his teenage years, Andreas has had a huge passion for studying and analyzing international businesses and their strategies. For many years, one of his Christmas gifts was an annual subscription for both a leading Swiss business magazine as well as a stock trading publication.

Over the last 10 years, Andreas has channeled this passion directly into his professional career, which has led him primarily into the private equity and real estate industries. He has successfully closed and exited several private equity investments and was actively involved in the strategic refocusing of a Swiss real estate company with a 10 year average IRR of more than 18%. In his free time, Andreas enjoys showing his wife and son the world with all its unique flora and fauna.

As nØught labs’ resident problem solver, Hamada is a construction manager by training and Master-of-all-trades. With experience in project management from his own successful entrepreneurship forays, Hamada is a true generalist who has worked on everything, including digital marketing, running an F&B empire, stakeholder management, data analysis, risk minimization, and much more. The most dedicated member of the office, he is always the first in the office and last out the door.

When not in the office worrying about clients, Hamada is out looking for the best shawarma in town and the finest premium ingredients from his extensive network of underground wholesalers.

Kar Jin (or KJ for short) is a researcher, writer, and strategist. He was previously a public affairs analyst before plunging deep into the tech industry, working on blockchain, fintech, and tech ethics as a strategy lead. He graduated from Yale University with a BA in History (Honours), focusing on genocide and ethnic conflict in Southeast Asia.

When not going on long discourses about the latest game-changing policy or tech news and their “impact on global supply chains”, he is usually found meticulously sifting through product reviews or hunting for the latest hidden culinary gem in town.
